Kaun Talha: Mr Most Streamed vs Naezy

Talha is back with a diss track called "Kaun Talha," a sharp reply to Naezy's latest interview where he questioned, "Kaun Talha?"

Mr most streamed vs Naezy:

Another diss track, another snake fed,” and the renowned Urdu poet reigning over the DHH world is back with a bang. For those who think ki talha sirf emo rap karta hai , wake up and greet the legend. The 100-bars wala Talha is back with “Kaun Talha,” a sharp reply to Naezy’s latest interview where he questioned, “Kaun Talha?” Naezy asked, Talha answered, and now everyone knows “Kaun Talha”.

What ignited Naezy vs. Talha Anjum:

In an interview with KATAKAASH, Naezy discussed his upcoming albums and collaborations, mentioning several renowned artists. However, when asked about potential collaborations with Talha Anjum, he ironically replied, “Talha Anjum to nahi hai, kaun hai Talha Anjum bhai?” This remark seemed to downplay Talha Anjum’s significance in the industry. In response, Talha Anjum released a track titled “Kaun Talha” on June 9th. The very next day, Naezy dropped “Kyu Be Shaane,” which failed to resonate with listeners as it didn’t effectively counter Talha’s claims. Critics mocked it, calling it “history class hai ya diss track.

Kaun talha:
“Kaun Talha,” released on June 9th, has already garnered approximately 1 million views, reminding fans of the “100 bars wala Talha. “I eat rappers and call them lawaazmaat,” Talha Anjum has dominated the scene, claiming the throne of the best. The track gives shoutouts to renowned names like Munawar Faruqui, Kr$na, Divine, Seedhe Maut, and Encore, packed with relentless bars. Referencing “Rap Eliya to Jaun Talha,” he pays homage to his inspiration, whose poetry often features in his songs. “jo mujhe diss karega ladka vohi bajega” encapsulates the current buzz, as the internet is flooded with Naezy vs. Talha debates.

Kya be Shaane:

On June 10th, Naezy retaliated with “Kya Be Shaane,” responding to “Kaun Talha.” Despite its insightful verses, it lacked the punch of a true diss track. Introducing the India-Pakistan scenario felt unnecessary, especially as Talha Anjum is highly respected in India. The absence of bars targeting this reference made it seem out of place. Additionally, public backlash prompted a change in the track’s thumbnail.

Reactions:

While Talha Anjum’s track impressed fans, Naezy’s “Kya Bey Shaane” fell short, drawing public backlash. YouTube creators like Professional Magnet, Sam x Shedy, and AFAIK have all shared their reactions. Some fans question why Talha responded to Naezy, but “mai jaane bhi deta, par jaane du kyun”?  “Tu ek meme material” got real, naezy is now part of every DHH meme. In my opinion, Talha’s response was necessary as he currently dominates the Desi Hip-Hop scene, and Naezy’s remark appeared disrespectful.

Additionally, Nabeel Akhbar took to his Instagram story ironically stating “Naezy, need help brother,” referencing Nabeel’s own diss track “Lord Knows” in his beef with Talha Anjum.

As of now, no other replies have been observed from either side. However, the possibility of further responses remains uncertain. For the latest updates, be sure to visit https://aflaatune.com. Stay tuned for the unmissable DHH tea, served fresh and piping hot.
